Recombinant Anti-mouse Was Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-Was intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells to bind against the N-terminal domain of Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome protein Was, expressed in CHO cells. The the VH/VL single domain intrabodies are sufficient to knockdown the domain function of target proteins in the cytosol.
