Threo Chloramphenicol-[d5] is the labelled analogue of Chlorcyclizine. Chlorcyclizine is a first-generation Histamine Receptor antagonist of the phenylpiperazine class. It can be used primarily to treat allergy symptoms such as rhinitis, urticaria, and pruritus, and may also be used as an antiemetic.
