In the daily chemical industry, it is used as an additive in toothpaste, cosmetics, detergents, etc. 4. Used as gelling agent for cement, gypsum and lime, water-retaining agent, and excellent admixture for powder building materials. 5. Hydroxyethyl methylcellulose (HEMC) is widely used in water-based latex coatings, building construction and building materials, printing inks, oil drilling, etc., to thicken and retain water, improve workability, and is used in dry and wet mortar products. 6.
