Recombinant human antibody to gp120. This antibody DH386 was isolated from colostrum and recognized gp120 V3. It neutralized 4 tier-1 viruses, but not tier 2. It inhibited EC-virus interaction, inhibited DC virus transfer, and mediated ADCC.
