AV-412 Tosylate
AV-412 is a second-generation, orally bioavailable, dual-kinase inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. AV-412 binds and inhibits EGFR and HER2, which may result in inhibition of tumor growth and angiogenesis as well as tumor regression in EGFR/HER2-expressing tumors.
