Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGP134)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. HGP134 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AG, B and BC. It cross-competed with MAb HJ16 for binding to gp120. HGP134 neutralized 6/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, 3 Tier 1 and 3 Tier 2 viruses belonging to clades.
