1-Hydroxyoxaunomycin [1-hydroxy-D788-7] is an antibiotic produced by bioconversion of natural anthracyclinones. It inhibits U210 cell growth, DNA synthesis and RNA synthesis with IC50 of 0.0005 μg/mL, 1.00 μg/mL and 0.76 μg/mL respectively.
