Mouse Anti-Diethoxythiobenzamide Organophosphorus Pesticide Recombinant Antibody (clone M/YC-32)
Provided is a monoclonal antibody capable of resisting a diethoxy thiophosphate type organic phosphorus pesticide. The binding between the Fab antibody and an antigen can be competitively inhibited by a free semi-antigen, IC50 of the Fab antibody is 135.7 ng/mL, and the Fab antibody has very good antigen binding activity. A standard curve shows that the linear detection range is 7.2 ng/mL-861.7 ng/mL.
