ALX 40-4C
ALX 40-4C is a small peptide inhibitor of the chemokine receptor CXCR4, which inhibits the binding of SDF-1 to CXCR4 and inhibits the replication of X4 strain HIV-1. It is also an APJ receptor antagonist.
