Veliparib hydrochloride
Veliparib is a potent and selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. Veliparib enhances apoptosis and autophagy in response to treatments that cause DNA fragmentation, including radiation and DNA alkylation.
