Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1-154); Fab Fragment
Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. 1-154 was shown to have high affinity for gp140, and competed with b12 for binding to gp140. I-154 was able to neutralize 3/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
