Anti-Tid1 Antibody
Tumorous imaginal disc 1 (Tid1) is a regulatory protein, comprised of a CR-type zinc finger and a J domain, belonging to the DnaJ family of cochaperones/specificity factors for the Hsp70 family. Tid1 is involved in regulating several cellular processes such as cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, and cell survival. Tid1 induces the release of mitochondrial cytochrome C and activates caspase 3.
