CL-387785 is an irreversible inhibitor of EGFR kinase activity. CL-387785 covalently binds to EGFR, specifically inhibits the kinase activity of this protein, blocks the autophosphorylation of the receptor in EGF-stimulated cells, and mainly inhibits cell proliferation.
