Lenti-SFFV-Oct4-2A-Sox2-2A-KLF4 Virus

Ready-to-use recombinant lentiviral CB iPSC virus supernatant: Pretested high-titer concentrated virus. 100ul is enough for 2-5 experiments. This vector is optimized for efficient CB 34+ cell iPSC induction and any minor design deviation from this vector will lead to complete failure of iPSC induction. The use of Lenti-SFFV-Oct4-2A-Sox2 or Lenti-SFFV-Oct4-2A-Sox2-2A-KLF4 is guaranteed for efficient generation of iPSCs from human CB cells. This vector is also able to efficiently generate iPSCs from many different types of cells from humans, mice and rats.
