Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone B4a1); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. B4a1 reacts with many B clade isolates, and preincubation with sCD4 enhances binding to both the R5 and R5X4 isolates. B4a1 had an additive effect on neutralization with 2G12 with the R5X4 virus but not the R5 virus.
