Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGB33); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. HGB33 can bind to Env from clades A, B and BC, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with MAb HK20 for binding to gp120. HGB33 neutralized 2/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, both clade C Tier 1 and Tier 2 isolates.
