Guajadial C
Guajadial C is a sesquiterpenoid-based meroterpenoid isolated from the leaves of Psidium guajava. Guajadial C has potential anticancer effects. Biochemical topoisomerase I (Top1) assay revealed that guajadial C acted as a Top1 catalytic inhibitor and delayed Top1 poison-mediated DNA damage.
