Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HR12); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. HR12 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, B, BC and D. HR12 did not neutralize any isolates in the HOS-based assay. In TZM-bl assay, HR12 neutralized 2/46 isolates, both clade B Tier 1 isolates.
