Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp160 Recombinant Antibody (clone P3E1); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to gp160(311-317). P3E1 recognized SF162gp140 and ΔV2gp140 equally and failed to recognize ΔV2ΔV3gp140 and ΔV3gp140. P3E1 neutralized SF162 efficiently.
