Afuresertib HCl
Afuresertib, an orally bioavailable serine/threonine protein kinase Akt (protein kinase B) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. Afuresertib binds to Akt and inhibits Akt activity, thereby possibly inhibiting the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and tumor cell proliferation and inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
