Nutrizyme Phytase Premier I

Nutrizyme PHY-P (Phytase Premier I) [EC 3.1.3.26] is produced from aspergillus niger using advanced fermentation and extraction techniques. This enzyme is thermostable and exhibits strong resistance to pepsin and trypsin. It effectively breaks down phytic acid (phytate), releasing digestible phosphorus, calcium, and other nutrients. As an animal feed additive for poultry and swine, Nutrizyme PHY-P enhances the nutritional value of the feed by liberating inorganic phosphate from phytic acid (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate), which also helps to reduce phosphorus pollution in the environment.
