C57BL/6N-Adipoqem1 Mouse
The Adipoq gene is located on mouse chromosome 16. Three exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 2 and the TGA stop codon in exon 3. Exon 2~3 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
