Recombinant human antibody to gp41. This antibody was classified as class C, and inhibits LAV mediated Env-mediated cell fusion with an IC50 of 25 +/- 2 ug/ml (the range for the 9 new Fabs was 6-61 ug/ml. It interacts specifically with the trimeric N-HR.
