Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-1262)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 2-1262 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and competed with b12 and anti-CD4i Abs for binding to gp140. 2-1262 neutralized 5/5 Tier 1 viruses and 1/5 Tier 2 viruses.
