TC-S 7005
TC-S 7005 is a potent and selective polo-like kinase 2 (PLK2) inhibitor (IC50 = 4 nM) with selectivity over PLK3 and PLK1 (IC50 = 24 and 214 nM, respectively). TC-S 7005 has been shown to induce mitotic arrest and cell death in HCT 116 colorectal cells.
