Lobeline
Lobeline, also known as C-07475, is a dopamine receptor modulator potentially for the treatment of Tourette's syndrome and attention. Lobeline improves acute lung injury via nuclear factor-κB-signaling pathway and oxidative stress. Lobeline shows protective effects against MPTP-induced dopaminergic neuron death and attenuates behavior deficits in animals.
