IHR 1
IHR 1 is a potent and cell-membrane-impermeable Smo antagonist with IC50 value of 7.6 nM. It blocks hedgehog induced movement of Smo and blocks Smo accumulation into the primary cilium. It selectively inhibits Hedgehog signaling over Wnt and Notch signaling pathways.
