FSL-1
FSL 1 is a TLR2/6 peptide agonist (also a putative TLR10 ligand) that activates NF-κB. FSL 1 induces the expression of some pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-8, IL-1β, CCL20 and TNF-α in vitro.
