Ridaifen-B
Ridaifen-B is a novel tamoxifen analog that induces apoptosis. It acts as an antagonist of estrogen receptor α (ERα) with IC50 value of 52.4 nM, and an inverse agonist of cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2) with Ki value of 43.7 nM.
