Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL) ELISA Kit

The ELISA kit applies the double-antibody sandwich method to determine the level of Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)in plant samples. Purified Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)antibodies are coated onto a microplate to form a solid-phase antibody. To these coated monoclonal antibody wells, Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)is added, followed by an HRP-conjugated Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)antibody, forming an antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added and turns blue under the catalysis of HRP, and then changes to a final yellow color due to the addition of acid. The color intensity is directly proportional to the amount of Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)present in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450 nm using an ELISA reader, and the concentration of Plant 4-Coumarate-CoA Ligase (4CL)in the plant samples is calculated based on a standard curve.
