Human Anti-CCL17 Recombinant Antibody (clone M116)
This product is a recombinant Human antibody that can recognize CCL17. The antibody binds human CCL17 with high affinity and blocks signaling through CCR4. M116 recognizes a conformational epitope, which spans 3 segments of the CCL17 polypeptide chain, namely two loops (residues 21–23 and 44–45) and the C-terminal helix (residues 60–68).
