Butyrolactone II
Butyrolactone II is an antibiotic and it is weak cytotoxic towards bacterial and cancer cell lines. It is also a 5-Lipoxygenase (5-LOX) inhibitor and has shown DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical-scavening activity.
