18:0-PhoDAG
Diacylglycerols (DAG) plays a key role in transient receptor potential (TRP) channels. 18:0-PhoDAG is embedded with a photoswitchable azobenzene moiety that allows rapid photoactivation of these DAG-sensitive TRP channels.
