Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 3-869)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 3-869 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and it competed with b12 and CD4i Ab for binding to gp140. 3-869 neutralized 3/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
