Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-512); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. It was shown to be directed to the cluster IV of the MPER region of gp41. Its binding was not carbohydrate dependent. 2-512 neutralized 1/2 subtype B Tier 2 viruses, but only at high concentrations.
