Tucidinostat HCl

Tucidinostat is a benzamide-type inhibitor of histone deacetylase (HDAC) isoenzymes 1, 2, 3, and 10 with potential antitumor activity. Tucidinostat selectively binds and inhibits HDACs, resulting in increased levels of histone H3 acetylation. The drug also inhibits the expression of signaling kinases in the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/Ras signaling pathways and may cause cell cycle arrest and induce apoptosis in tumor cells. This can inhibit tumor cell proliferation in susceptible tumor cells.
