Ascorbyl Palmitate, CAS 137-66-6, is a fat-soluble form of ascorbic acid, available as a white or yellowish white powder. Ascorbyl Palmitate is widely used as antioxidant as it acts as a reducing agent to reverse oxidation in liquids.
