Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGY25); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. HGY25 can bind to Env from clades A, B and BC, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with MAb 3D6 for binding to gp120. HGY25 did not neutralize any HIV-1 isolates.
