SCP1-IN-1
SCP1-IN-1 is an effective and selective covalent inhibitor targeting SCP1. It promotes REST degradation and reduces transcriptional activity. In some glioblastoma cells, high levels of REST protein drive tumor growth. SCP1-IN-1 has the potential to study glioblastoma, and its growth is driven by REST transcriptional activity.
