Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone VRC26.13 (CAP256-VRC26.13))
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. CAP256-VRC26.13 neutralized superinfecting virus at <1µg/ml, but did not neutralize position 169 and 166 mutants tested; neutralization breadth <10%. It neutralized 6/20 autologous viruses at <50µg/ml.
