Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone T52); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to gp120. T52 is one of two MAbs labeled B-II, that had limited cross-reactivity with seven clade B isolates and did not fully blocked CD4 binding and deletion of V1/V2 loops abrogated binding.
