Human Anti-IGF1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 60833)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes human IGF1. It is cross reactive with mouse/rat IGF1. It binds to human IGF-1 and cross-reacts with IGF-2 such that binding of IGF-1 and IGF-2 to the IGF-1 receptor is prevented and IGF-1 receptor-mediated signaling is inhibited. It is useful for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, in particular cancer.
