RPI-1
RPI-1 is a cell-permeable, ATP-dependent RET kinase inhibitor. Oral treatment with RPI-1 caused growth arrest or regression in 81% treated tumors. It can also be used in biological study of proteomics study of medullary thyroid carcinomas expressing RET germ-line mutations and identification of new signaling elements.
