Mouse Anti-Hb Bart's Recombinant Antibody (clone 2D4); scFv Fragment
This is a monoclonal antibody which shows highly specific to Hb Bart's. The antibody 2D4 is very specific by reacting with Hb Bart's (γ) but not cross-react with HbA (α β), HbF (α γ), HbS (α β S), HbE 4 222222 (α β E), HbA (α δ), and HbH (β), as determined by Western blot.
