Human Anti-VCAM1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 7H); scFv Fragment
This is a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to VCAM-1. 7H shows a strong affinity to VCAM-1 expressed on human or mouse endothelial cell, effectively inhibits leukocyte adhesion to activated endothelial cells expressing VCAM-1, and shows a low immunogenicity, thereby can be used for the treatment of cancer or inflammatory disease.
