Recombinant Mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CTLA4. This is a monoclonal antibody to investigate whether sCTLA-4 is important in controlling immune responses particularly in SLE patients. The anti-sCTLA-4 antibody is currently being humanised as a potential therapy for the treatment of some cancers.
