Recombinant Anti-human DLG4 Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-DLG4 intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells directed against endogenous neuronal protein DLG4, expressed in E. coli cells. The intrabody can report the localization and amount of endogenous synaptic proteins in living neurons and thus may be used to study changes in synaptic strength in vivo.
