Mouse Anti-MICB Recombinant Antibody (clone 5C9)
Provided herein are antibodies which bind to soluble forms of MICA and/or MICB protein. The antibodies may be used for diagnostics and in treatment of diseases characterized by elevated level of a MIC protein. Specifically, antibody from hybridoma clone 5C9 was incapable of binding to the cell-surface expressed MIC proteins on DU-145 cells.
