6-Aminopenicillanic acid
It is produced by the strain of Peniclllun chrysogenum and Pleurotus ostreatus. 6-APA is the main raw material for semisynthesis of penicillin, and the key intermediates for semisynthesis of cephalosporin (7-ACA) and 7-amino-deacetylated ceosenoic acid (7-ADCA) can be generated by chemical or enzymatic ring expansion.
