SDS-PAGE Gel Preparation Kit
Abbexa's SDS-PAGE Gel Preparation Kit contains reagents for preparation of 30-50 pieces of normal-sized PAGE gel. This kit can be used to prepare SDS-PAGE gel and native PAGE gel.
Kit components: 30% Acr-Bis (29:1): 100 ml
1.5 M Tris-HCl (pH 8.8): 100 ml
10% SDS: 5 ml
Ammonium persulfate: 0.5 g
TEMED: 0.5 ml
1.0 M Tris-HCl (pH 6.8): 15 ml
